KIT Capital focuses its energies on two main practice groups and also has a propriety investment arm for opportunities that may arise outside of these practice areas.
The digital media practice group offers full service consulting to start- ups and rapidly growing companies in the digital media space. These services include business development consulting, capital raising assignments, technology assessments and implementations, branding, strategic guidance and operational and financial restructuring.
KIT Capital’s emerging markets real estate practice was developed to maximize global opportunities that exist in burgeoning international real estate markets. The upside potential of emerging, or frontier markets real estate, in underserved global markets such as Eastern Europe, MENA, Latin America, and Asia, allows us to maximize our ROI considerably compared to similar projects in the US and other First World developed areas.
Through our principal investment arm, KIT Capital Fund, we make investments in companies that have fundamentally sound core operations mainly in the digital media, retail, software, disruptive technologies and real estate sectors. We currently have 7 active companies in our portfolio. We generally participate in lead investments up to $50 million and have the ability to raise more through our developed SPIVs.
