KIT Capital (formerly "Recognition Group") is an entrepreneur-led special situations merchant bank with main offices in Dubai,UAE and New York. KIT Capital focuses primarily on emerging growth industries, including digital media,technology services, retail and select real estate investments in “frontier” emerging markets.
We are highly involved advisors and investors who take a hands-on approach to business development, capital raising, and restructuring. We focus on recognizing unique or undervalued opportunities and transforming those opportunities into high-value assets.
KIT Capital was originally founded in 2000 to restructure and turnaround companies in transition. Since our inception we have completed over 40 consulting assignments utilizing our business development and investment banking skill sets. We have worked with domestic and foreign companies of varying sizes, subsidiaries of Fortune 1000 companies, private equity and hedge funds.
